Any questions or comments about this service generally or your specific order can be made at the above address or by telephone and ask for 'MacDonald Whisky Internet Orders', (Telephone calls will be answered during office hours (GMT 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri) and billed at the UK national rate for UK residents and at the international rate from country of residence to the UK for non-UK residents).
Orders will normally be fulfilled within 14 days of receipt. On completing your order you should receive an automated email with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference. We also recommend that you print the receipt page in case there are problems with the email.
